Pina Colada BBQ Chicken Kabobs

1 breast will yield 2 kabobs. Cut breast in ½ and each ½ into 3 cubes. Add kosher salt, black pepper & garlic. Assemble kabob alternating chicken with green & red peppers, red onion, portobello, pineapple & grape tomato. BBQ sauce: Mix together 2cups ea: ketchup, tomato sauce, 1cup water, ½cup apple cider vinegar, 5tbsp light brown sugar, 5tbsp sugar, ½tbsp ea: kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, ground mustard; 1tbsp ea: lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & Jammin' USA pina colada jam.
