Grill corn on the cob in the husk for 30 mins. Butter corn, sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley. Add organic greens with sliced strawberries, grapes, blueberries, watermelon, pineapple and grape tomatoes. No dressing needed as the natural fruit juice will sweeten the salad.

Recipe: 7 large shrimps, peeled and deveined. 1/2 tsp of kosher salt, ground black pepper and 1 minced clove of garlic. Spray Pam on your pan and place over medium-high heat until it heats up. Place shrimp on pan for about 2 minutes each side. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon or lime and sautee. Pico de gallo: Chop and combine 6 roma tomatoes, 1 white onion, 1-2 jalapenos, 4 sprigs of cilantro, 1/2 green onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and the juice of 2 limes.
Skinny Farmer's Daughter with fresh basil (100 calories). Recipe: Take 6-7 strawberries (cut in halves), add 2 packets of Stevia or Truvia and 1.5 shots of vodka of your choice and mix in the blender. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with basil.
2 tenderloins (1-1½ lbs ea), 1 garlic head-top off in ramekin with 1tbsp olive oil, wrap in foil, bake 350/45mins. Cool & squeeze garlic in bowl. Rub ½ of mix on loins, add salt & pepper-2tbsp ea. Combine 1tbsp ea-chopped rosemary, thyme & 12 sage leaves, add other ½ garlic mix & rub on loins. Wrap 6 bacon strips to ea loin, tie w/kitchen twine. Heat 1tbsp olive oil in med. skillet on med-high. Sear loins to golden brown then transfer to med roasting pan. Bake to medium/8-10 mins. Let sit 10 min
Preheat oven 350, line muffin tin w/liners or use non-stick spray. In large bowl, 1cup all-purp flour, 1tsp baking powder & ¼cup of ea: granulated sugar, cinnamon & salt. In small bowl, whisk ½cup milk, 1 slightly beaten egg & 3tbsp melted butter, blend well. Mix wet ingredients w/dry ingredients only til moistened-Do not overmix. Pour into muffin cups & bake 18mins. Topping: Combine ¼cup all-purp flour, 2tbsp brown sugar, ¾tsp cinnamon & cut in 2tbsp soft butter til mix is crumbly & sprinkle on
Garlic Sauce: 1/4 cup ea: olive oil & fresh parsley, 4 garlic cloves finely chopped, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese and ground black pepper. Heat skillet, combine.
1 lb. skirt steak, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1tsp ground black pepper, 2 limes, 1tbsp soy sauce, 10 sprigs of cilantro. Pat dry steak and place on plate. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic, sprinkle lime juice and soy sauce to both sides and toss in the cilantro sprigs. Marinate for at least 1 hour before grilling.

1lb of orange roughy fillets, Mix in a shallow bowl: ¼ cup bread crumbs, 2tbsp each of grated parmesan cheese & romano cheese, ¼ tsp each of garlic powder & kosher salt. Brush fillets with ¼ cup olive oil toss in bread crumb mixture. Arrange fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish & sprinkle with 1tbsp of chopped parsley. Bake for 15mins or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Add lemon juice & serve over mashed potatoes and side with fresh veggies.
