Grilled Shrimp & Pico de Gallo

Recipe: 7 large shrimps, peeled and deveined. 1/2 tsp of kosher salt, ground black pepper and 1 minced clove of garlic. Spray Pam on your pan and place over medium-high heat until it heats up. Place shrimp on pan for about 2 minutes each side. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon or lime and sautee. Pico de gallo: Chop and combine 6 roma tomatoes, 1 white onion, 1-2 jalapenos, 4 sprigs of cilantro, 1/2 green onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and the juice of 2 limes.
